Here’s how we do it:
Our support includes a regular technical condition assessment and the recording of all technical data of the lifts and escalators.
We determine the technical condition on site, including photo documentation. Then, we run the data through Liftmanager, an in-house software program that generates a 1:1 digital copy of the respective system. This “digital twin” records all events in the life cycle of the individual system and enables comprehensive, analysable documentation. General data, such as existing maintenance contracts and invoice recipients, is also fed into Liftmanager.

We draw up risk assessments, monitor contractual maintenance appointments and approved inspections, conduct quality checks, negotiate with maintenance contractors on a level playing field regarding repair and maintenance offers, carry out invoice checks and comprehensive communication with all parties involved, document all events relating to the lifts and escalators, and provide regular reporting.
Finally, we provide yearly budget recommendations for your lifts and escalators on the basis of availability and any defects that may have emerged.

Where it goes from here
We are continuously developing our LIFTMANAGEMENT. That, of course, means that we adjust it based on legal specifications and the needs of our clients. But merely reacting – for example, to an error message – won’t always be enough. That’s why we stay proactive.
