Growth champion<\/mark> once again<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

HUNDT CONSULT is one of Germany’s growth champions for 2026. The ranking for 2026 covers 300 companies with the highest growth rates from 2021 to 2024. This year, HUNDT CONSULT has once again made it into the list of award-winning companies \u2013 for the sixth time since 2018. With an average annual sales growth of 16%, HUNDT CONSULT ranks 192nd in the overall ranking. In the real estate and housing sector, it ranks 2nd.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Particularly innovative: HUNDT CONSULT is Innovation Champion 2025<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FOCUS-Business and the research institute FactField determine the most innovative companies in Germany every year. In the \u2018Real Estate \/ Facility Management\u2019 sector, HUNDT CONSULT is one of the \u2018Innovation Champions 2025\u2019. The study covers 29 sectors and evaluates companies in five categories.<\/p>\n\n\n

Once again awarded the Hamburg Family Seal<\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since 2007, the Hamburg Alliance for Families \u2013 an initiative of the Social Welfare Authority of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts and the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce \u2013 has been awarding the \u2018Hamburg Family Seal\u2019 to particularly family-friendly companies. In 2024, HUNDT CONSULT was once again recognised for its family-friendly company policy.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

HUNDT CONSULT<\/mark> is the 2024 growth champion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For the fifth time, HUNDT CONSULT has been recognised as one of Germany\u2019s top 500 companies with the strongest growth. In the \u201cReal Estate\u201d category, HUNDT CONSULT took eighth place. Background: once a year, the magazine \u201cFOCUS BUSINESS\u201d and the statistics portal Statista name Germany\u2019s growth champions.<\/p>\n\n\n

30 per cent less CO2 plus offset projects:
HUNDT CONSULT is once again a climate-neutral company<\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Working with the CO2OP company, HUNDT CONSULT reduced its carbon footprint from approx. 188 tonnes to approx. 133 tonnes in the span of around 12 months \u2013 a reduction of around 30 per cent. HUNDT CONSULT offset the remaining emissions through investments in renewable energy projects. This once again made HUNDT CONSULT a climate-neutral company in 2022.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hamburg family seal<\/mark> for HUNDT CONSULT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Hamburg family seal (Hamburger Familiensiegel<\/em>) is awarded to companies that offer employees exceptional support balancing work and family. HUNDT CONSULT earned this certification again in 2022. The family seal is awarded by the Hamburg Alliance for Families, an initiative of the Hamburg Senate, the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Crafts.<\/p>\n\n\n

For the fourth year in a row, HUNDT CONSULT has been named one of the year\u2019s growth champions! Once a year, the magazine \u201cFOCUS BUSINESS\u201d and the statistics portal Statista name 500 German companies that have achieved exceptional revenue growth in recent years. In the \u201cReal Estate\u201d category, HUNDT CONSULT took ninth place.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Climate-neutral company <\/mark>in 2021: HUNDT CONSULT leaves a CO2-neutral footprint<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a market and innovation leader, HUNDT CONSULT sets the standard by working with the company CO2OP to achieve a carbon-neutral footprint. Based on HUNDT CONSULT\u2019s annual greenhouse gas emissions, the experts from CO2OP made recommendations as to how the carbon footprint could be offset further. The offsetting projects are a solar project on Mauritius and a hydropower project in Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n

Every year, the Hamburg Alliance for Families awards the family seal to companies that take extra steps to ensure a healthy balance between work and family. HUNDT CONSULT was awarded the family seal again in 2021.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cFinancial Times\u201d and Statista named HUNDT CONSULT as one of Europe\u2019s strongest growing companies. After many months of research, the financial publication and the statistics database narrowed the list of thousands of companies down to the top 1,000.<\/p>\n\n\n

HUNDT CONSULT<\/mark> awarded the 2019 German Excellence Prize<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The German Excellence Prize (Deutscher Exzellenz-Preis<\/em>) for outstanding achievements in business was awarded on 24 January 2019 in Frankfurt am Main. Successful managers, startup founders, digital experts and creatives from a variety of industries met at the gala event. The German Institute for Service Quality, the magazine \u201cDUB UNTERNEHMER\u201d (\u201cDUB Entrepreneur\u201d) and the broadcasting station n-tv awarded 63 prizes in 26 categories. The winners were announced by the highly qualified jury members from business, media and science and handpicked from over 150 submissions. HUNDT CONSULT was awarded second place in the \u201cProducts & Development\u201d category.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LIFT GUARDIAN <\/mark>wins the TechBoost award from Deutsche Telekom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bell Management Consultants hosted the Prop Tech Pitch for the second time this year. On 7 June 2018 in Hotel InterContinental in D\u00fcsseldorf, 30 PropTech companies presented their business models in five-minute presentations. In the audience were real estate investors and managers, business angels and venture capitalists.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LIFT GUARDIAN<\/mark> wins degewo Innovation Prize: Smart Up the City 2017<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For the first \u201cdegewo Innovation Prize: Smart Up the City 2017\u201d, HUNDT CONSULT entered the competition with its LIFT GUARDIAN. Through sensors and the Internet, the proprietary technology enables easy monitoring of lift systems for safety, comfort and any necessary maintenance. On 16 November 2017, HUNDT CONSULT found itself in tight competition with four other finalists. degewo AG awarded the prize for the first time in 2017 to recognise new digital technologies, services and business models for real estate and property management.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

HUNDT CONSULT<\/mark> is one of the 25 best real estate startups worldwide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With over 700 real estate startups from all over the world in the running, 300 went through an initial selection process, 50 presented to an independent jury in a pre-pitch, and 25 will have the opportunity to present to the international specialist public at EXPO REAL 2017 in October. That is the idea behind the startup competition of the Real Estate Innovation Network (REIN). Included in the 25 selected best real estate startups: HUNDT CONSULT. <\/p>\n\n\n

2013 ATVISIO Award<\/mark> for lift management specialist HUNDT CONSULT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Business intelligence offers many solutions for using business data to bring your company on the track to success. There are always some particularly outstanding ATVISIO client projects, and to honour them, the well-known performance management service provider presents the \u201cBest Project of the Year\u201d award once a year. The jurors focus on criteria such as the content of the concept, how sustainable the solution is, the cost-benefit ratio for clients, the technology used and overall innovation.
